T`GANU KITE: ANOTHER BY ELECTION

Here we go again. Another by election. This time its in the east coast of Peninsula Malaysia. Yes, its Kuala Trengganu as the battle field. Nominations was done this morning. Its been confirmed that BN will be represented by Dato' wan Ahmad Farid, PAS by Abdul Wahid Endut and also an Independent candidiate.Whatever the politics of the political parties and their ideologies lets look at the facts. especially the statistical facts on youth in Kuala Trengganu as potential voters.
a) Total no. of registered voters: 80,325;

b) Percentage of Ethnic breakdown of voters: i) Malay voters: 87.4%:ii) Chinese voters 11.6%; iii) Indians 0.7%; iv) 0.3%c) Total no of population : 298,304

d) Total no of youth : 112,366

e) Total no of youth age 25-39 y.o ( as confirmed voters) : 55,055

f) Percentage of youth as potential voters: 68.5 %

Thus, whichever party wish to win the by election should focus its energy and resources on issues relating youths in Kuala Trengganu .

Tolonglah jangan lupa peranan besar yang dimainkan oleh golongan Belia sehinnga tumbangnya 5 buah kerajaan negeri dibawah Bn kpd pembangkang dalam PRU 12 tempohari. Rata-rata undi dari saluran 4 dan 5 semua adalah kearah pembangkang.

Jadi, pada hemat saya amatlah penting bagi Bn untuk menumpukan perhatian dalam kempen di KT ini terhadap para belia terutamnya.

Takde salah menda pung kalu usaha ini dipertingkatkan daripada asyik dok kempen kat orang-rang yang dah memang taat dan setia dengan UMNO/BN di kalangan orang/pengundi veteran kita.
Plus, other issues like infighting and factionalism bewteen UMNO and solidarity and loyalty between component member parties of BN is also a major issues before other srtategies could be implemented.
It is strikingly clear that YOUTHS is the determining factor in this by election

SELAMAT TAHUN BARU 2009 DAN AWAL MUHARRAM 1430 HIJRAH

WISHING YOU ALL A MOST HAPPY AND POSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2009 AND 1430 HIJRAH TO ALL FELLOW MUSLIMS AROUND THE GLOBE!!!!!
Yes some were so happy that decided to behaviour so stupidly foolish like lighting up fireworks in a clubhouse. Indeed it was such an explosive experience that was worth dying for. Such foolishness ended up with over 60 dead innocent people who were ushering in the new year recently in Bangkok, Thailand.
In Malaysia, our authotirities has decided to issue summons to motorists/passengers who did not observe the rule on fastening seat belts for rear passengers in their respective motor-vehicles. On the stroke of midnite of 2009 the operation was executed. Hundreds were summoned.This means those Malaysians travelling as a family and with more than three children will have to make more than one trip to ferry their children around as everyone must be belted to their seats when the motorcar is in motion. its either that or there have to rent or buy a mini bus!!!!
In as much as I agree with the intention of the law makers to reduce fatal injuries and even to save lives of passengers travelling in motor-vehicles on impact of a collision but one must not overlook the practicality of its implementation. Family structure of most Malaysians should be considered before such law is implemented. There are many lower income groups of people with more than children. They normally own ordinary humble lower end motorcar like kancil or kenari or proton saga. Trying to save up to own such economical vehicle is already an uphill task and they often fit the entire family member all in one trip to save cost of travelling. Now they face the psosibility of being penalised if they continue with the same lifestyle.
I belive this is a form of secondary victimisation to the lower income groups of law abiding Malaysians. Perhaps some oversights have been made in enacting the law. Perhaps we should review the law and giving it a more humane element. Well, its just my personal opinion.

Siapa lah yang tak inginkan kediaman yang tersergam indah dan menjadi bualan harian rakyat jelata dan hiasan majallah-majalah hartanah di Malaysia viz a viz the rich and famous of Malaysia. an address that one is willing TO DIE For!
Well can I say. they knew there was a risk. they new there calls top freeze hiilsides construction years...ago since Highland Towers... but do they listen?????yes they do..then they quietly selectively forget.
all the victims have our deepest sympathty.....we are on ly human..our thoughts and pryers with all of them..

HINDRAF: SEBUAH PERTUBUHAN HARAM/AN UNLAWFUL ASSOCIATION

H.indu R.ights A.ction F.orce = HINDRAF ADALAH SINGKATAN NAMA SEBUAH PERTUBUHAN YANG DIANGGOTAI OLEH ORANG BERAGAMA HINDU. Tujuan penubuhan pertubuhan iini adalah di luar pengetahuan saya. Tetapi apa yang menjadi usah utam mereka sekarang nampaknya adalh bagi mendapatkan pembebesan ahli Hindraf yang sedang di tahan bawah ISA. Mereka juga sedang berkempen supaya ISA di mansuhkan.

Pertubuhan INI ADALAH SEBUAH PERTUBUHAN YANG TIDAK BERDAFTAR DENGAN MANA-MANA PIHAK BERKUASA DI MALAYSIA. LANTARAN ITU, IA ADALAH SEBUAH PERTUBUHAN haram!!!!!!

Perkara 10 Perlembagaan Persekutuan 1957, kebebasan berpersatuan hendaklah tertakluk kepada undang-undang lain yang sedang berkuatkuasa. Dalam konteks ini Akta Pertubuhan 1966( Akta 335). Maka jika ia tidak berdaftar , pertubuhan itu adalh tidak wujud dan tidak diiktiraf kewujudannya disisi undang-undang. Jika ter5us juga beroperasi sebagai sebuah pertubuhan ia adalahsuatu kesalahn jenayah dan boleh ditangkap /didakwa.

Ringkasnya, HINDRAF adalh sebuah pertubuhan haram dan menjalanbkan aktiviti-aktiviti secara haram yang melanggar semua peruntukan undang-undang negara kita. Kerajaan kita tak wajib memberi layanan apa pun kepada mereka.

Malah, saya amat terperanjat apabila pemimpin mereka pergi ke Balai Polis di Perak untuk buat lapoprtan polis terhada Dato` Seri Syed Hamid albar, Menteri KDN, tempoh hari pihak polis lansung tidak menagkap mereka.

Sepatutnya polis tangkap saje pemimpin mereka itu kerana berkumpul lebih daripada tiga orang di tempat awam tanpa kebenaran Polis adalah perkumpulan haram dan boleh ditankap!!!!!! didakwa!!!!!!!

TAK PERLU GUNA ISA. TANGKAP SAJE GUNA AKTA POLIS dan terus dakwa bawah S.27 dan 28 akta Polis 1967

INTERNAL SECURITY ACT! BRAVO TO THE POLICE

ALHAMDULILLAH, finally the PDRM has decided to invoke the ISA to preempt such action by some quarters of our society who may have resulted in racial riot in the entire country as in 1969.
Why are we so afraid of the ISA ? It is a piece of legislation specially made for maintaing law and order in the country to strike at individuals or a group of individuals who, through their conduct ,may result in undermining the security and stability of the country.
The USA has the PATRIOT Act aimed at terrorists groups or their related groups or associate whose actions are suspicious of underminingt he security of the USA.
In UK they have the Anti Terrorim Act( Amendment 2007) also aimed at terrorists and their associate whose activies may undermine the security of the country, ( UK )
In all the above pieces of legislations, which were made legally, in accordance with the normal process of the law and procedure are designed to maintain law and order of the country and with the welfare of its citizen at heart.
ISA is a special piece of legislation as opposed to the ordinary penal legislations being administered in the country. Its objective is to strike at the source of the problem before it could begin to spread and cause more damage and carnage. In other words, it "nip it in the bud" what ever actions which are deemed sucpiciously dangerous to the safety of the country and its people.
Due to its nature, ISA is not invoked sparingly. It is rarely used.It is only invoked in circumstances that really calls for a swift and potent action to quell any signs of subversion of our nation`s security and economy.
Yes, we do have Sedition Act and Defamation Act and Penal Code which are also Penal in nature. However, the actions and conduct of some quarters in Malaysia of late cannot be adequately dealt with the ordianbry way as they also act in a most extraodinarily. We cannot afford to sit on our laurels and wait for trouble turns into anarchy and propelled into magnanimous revulsion of chaos that will disrtupt the ectire security and economu of the nation. It would be ashame if that happen given the fact that we have had a glorious 50 years of magical formula in maintaning peace harmony .
We are now in the first year of the second phase of the next 50 years after our independence in 1957. We should not let anything compromise what we have successfully achieved collectively.
Outsiders are always jealous of the secret of our young nation`s success in maitianing such harmony and prosperity in a nation with variety of ethnicity. What is happening now is a classic exmaple of outside intervention using their proxy within our country. We should always be vigilant and sensitive to outside intervention. We should also not be easily swayed by certain quarters serenading empty promises for a better leadership dan governance. We might end up worst than the good life that we are enjoying now.
So dont be easily clouded by the smoke screen orchesstrated and pre-arranged by some unpatritotic group of people.

LIES! LIARS ! CHEATS! TIPU! PENIPU! PENDUSTA!

Maaf kepada pembaca blog saya kerana sudahlama tidak update blog ini. Tidak, sayamasihsihat dan bernyawa lagi. Cuma kesibukan beralih tempat kerja menyebabkan keadaan tidak mengizinkan. Saya kira belum terlambat untuk mengucapakan kepada semua kaum muslimin dan muslimat, Ramadhan kareem!
Dalam kesibukan itu pun sempat saya perasan mengenai beberapa isu negara yang semakin melampau dan diluar batasan keimanan untuk bersabar saj menerimanya.
Sekali lagi pembohongan dilakukan tanpa mengira nasib, perasaan, reputasi dan kebajikan orang dijadikan bahan fitnah dan pembohongantersebut.
Yes, ini berkaitan mengenai personalti yang terlibat dalam kes liwat terhadap Dato` Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Maaf, maksud saya YB DSAI dari Permatang Pauh yang juga Penasihat Parti Keadilan Rakyat.
Ianya bukan mengenai DSAI sendirti atau bukan "mangsa liwat" Syaiful .
Ini adalah mengenai FITNAH DAN PEMBOHONGAN yang dirancang terhadqap Pegawai Khas Timbalan Perdana Menteri iaitu saudara Khairil Anas.
Saudara Ramlang Porigi, Imam Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan melalui artikel2 yang disiarkan dalam Suara Keadilan pada Bil 145(27.8.2008-9.8.2008); juga dalam akhbar Siasah Bil.0113(31.8.2008-6.9.2008) ; dan melalui rakaman video temuramah dalam Suara Keadilan Onl;ine yang dimuatkan pada 25 Ogoss 2008; telah menyatakan bahawa Saudara Khairil Anas mengenali Imam tersebut dan telah meminta nya menguruskan majlis lafaz sumpah Mohd. Saiful Bukhari Azlan.
Ini adalah suatu pembohongan dalam kapasiti mega besar-besaran terhadap Pegawai Khas TPM kita, Dato` Seri Najib Tun Razak. Mengapa dan kenapa????? Hanya yang empunya diri saja yang tahu jawapannya.
Saya katakan PEMBOHONGAN DAN FITNAH kerana pada tarikh majlis tersebut diadakan saudara Khairil Anas tidak berada di Kuala Lumpur, malah beliau telah bearada berada jauh di Penang menjalankan tugas pada 15 Ogos lagi iaitu tarikh majlis tersebut dijalankan.
Artikel berisi PEMBOHONGAN itu lengkap menyatakan saudara Khairil Anas sendiri yang berjumpa dengan Saudara Ramlang Porigi dan meminta beliau menguruskan majlis tersebut pada pagi 15 Ogos 2008.
Dakwaan Ramlang Porigi itu adalah amat mustahil kerana Sdr Khairil Anas tidak mungkin berada di dua tempat yang berasingan pada satu waktu yang sama kecuali.........
Kecuali Sdr. Khairil Anas ada bela hantu raya atau clone!!!!!!!!! Yang saya tahu beliau tak pernah pun ada bela hantu raya dan belum lagi cukup kemampuan nak beli clone dirinya.
Ini Ramlang Porigi tau ke yang PEMBOHONGAN yang dia buat itu tak betul lansung! Otang tua-tua dulu ada pesan, kalau nak mencuri belajar lah dari pencuri dan kalau nak jadi baik belajar lah dari orang yang baik-baik.
Saya cuma boleh bersimpati dengan Ramlang Porigi kerana terlalu percaya dengan dorongan dan janji palsu serta omongan kosong puak-puak yang menabur janji dan imbuhan kepada beliau.
Seorang Imam seperti Ramlang Porigi dengan mudah boleh melakukan pendustaan sebegini mega adalah menjadi suatu kebimbangan kepada kita semua. Ini saja telah cukup mencemarkan nama baik agama Islam dan institusi Imam dalam masyarakat di Malaysia yang berbilang kaum dan agama.
Bertaubatlah sebelum terlambat. Tak perlu bersumpah untuk menegakkan benang yang dah basah.
Kepada Sdr Khairil Anas saya doakan tuan banyaklah bersabar dan anggaplah ini semua sebahagian daripada dugaan dari Allah. Kerana Allah hanya menduga hambanya yang tahan dugaan. Saya doakan tuan sihat,fizikal dan mental serta teruskan perjuangan kita yang masih jauh lagi perjalananya.
Bersempena dengan bulan Ramadhan al Mubaraq ini saya berharap pihak yang berkenaan yang menaja dan membimbing PEMBOHONGAN DAN FITNAH dengan motif tersendiri, hentikanlah pendustaan ini.
